  Steam-distilled true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). A soft floral scent that is a classic for winding down. Pure essential oil, so it is always diluted first.
• Grapeseed Oil (50ml) - 433.5 EGP on its own
  One of the lightest oils you can use. Absorbs almost instantly with no shine, which makes it a perfect base for massage and essential oil blends.

How to use them together

1. Mix 2 to 3 drops of lavender into a tablespoon of grapeseed oil.
2. Massage into shoulders, neck or feet before bed.
3. Extras: 4 to 6 drops of lavender in a diffuser, or 1 drop on the corner of your pillowcase.
